COVID has caused previously unimaginable shifts in life for everyone, throughout the world. The 2020 report detailed how UMB supported its associates, customers and communities. Even during a global pandemic, we found safe ways to serve, as seen on the report cover featuring volunteers picking up litter at Penn Valley Park.
